JV Company Labor Union Projectification Management Research

It has been over two hundred years since labor union was established in the mid of 18 century, now labor union is an organization which has lowest efficiency improvement, management technology& smallest staff. At the same time, labor union in China faces a problem of Dural maintenance, neither state owned company nor joint venture doesn’t have good solutions, which lead to labor union effect absence issues, it does no good for company culture establishment and company cohesiveness improvement.Project management discipline developed rapidly since the 1980s, and successfully applied to big enterprise in the operation of project, but due to the project management is mainly applicable to one-time implementation projects; it has not found application methods for functional department’s work, which may lead to chaos if project management method is applied in functional departments. At present scholars are studying a new management projectification management which between operation and project management, absorbing some advanced project management methods and tools, implementing to cross function business, and promote the efficiency of the functional departments.
