The implementation of Taiwan issue concerns the reunification of our country. Since 1990s, "national identity" of the people in Taiwan increasingly complex, it shows a distinct characteristic of diversification, and now "Taiwan identity" has been formed. This isolated island-Taiwan, its fate of twists and turns, The historical destiny and The people of Taiwan national identity reflects the historical changes in the international order. "Taiwan identity "as a problem has complicated historical and realistic roots. We should take what kind of attitude to deal with that? The cross-strait scholars, foreign scholars and ordinary people have different attitude and different understandings. This paper will summarize and analyze a variety of different opinions, and analyses the historical, the development, and the connotation of "Taiwan identity", in order to fully understand the changes of "Taiwan identity". For the analysis of influence factors of the People in Taiwan "Chinese identity", it should be returned into the international context, from the point of view of the macro level in different periods of time, and different international situation, combined with the oral history of the people in Taiwan to explore different situations during the period of times. At the same time, factors of influence on Taiwanese "China identity" are also necessary for a proper abstraction, to summarize, analysis in the theoretical level, so that we can hit the mark and grasp the issues. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is introduction, including the analysis of the present situation of the research significance, and literature review, the structure of the thesis, the research perspective and methods, the innovation of the paper. The second chapter introduces that Taiwan area "the identity" problems the theoretical analysis of it.It proves the identity of the core status in the present stage of The Taiwan issue and its effects. The second chapter from the analysis can shows that the necessity of applying the Constructivism theory, so in third and forth chapters, transferred to the constructivism theory analysis. Due to the important many concepts are involved. The study in the third chapter, will be the definition of relevant concepts, at the same time, analysis these concepts for in Constructivism. Analysis of the identity of the people in Taiwan, and the main factors and further study by using the constructivism theory, then find through the analysis of the problems, looking for the emphasis of the study, that is, to the one of the most important factors in international relations, more precisely is the changes of the political order in the Asia Pacific regions the research variables, exploring the influence of variables on the identity of the People in Taiwan. The fourth chapter is layering changes of political order of the Asia Pacific region in modern period of times, combined with the oral historical records, demonstration of effects of the changes in international relations for the regions individual identity. The fifth chapter is a summary, first of all, conducts the research to the earlier discussions; summarize the severity of the effects of identity every time when the political pattern the changes in the people of the Taiwan area as a result. Thus draws the main conclusions of this research, then pointed out the limitations of the study. At the same time, the author will present a list of Taiwan’s social identity (the main performance for the mainland China, Taiwan, America as the three party struggle), Then concisely put forward my own constructive suggestions. According to the author’s investigation, currently there is only one academic paper is the application of international relations theory of Constructivism to study the problem of Taiwan, there is few researches resulted from the international relations perspective analysis of the identity of the people in Taiwan. This study is the first attempt in this respect, aiming of using a new perspective on the study of the old problems, That is, according to the theory of constructivism and the power transfer theory to construct the research framework, combined with the arrangement and rational selection of oral history interviews, the inductive inference and other research methods, demonstrates the international relations as a profound influence of the identity of the people in Taiwan.
