Research On Scheming The Organizational Culture Construction Of Institutions

Nowadays,the organizational culture construction is playing a more and more important role. It is an important part of Ideological and political work of institutions. At present,with the development of economic system and political system reform gradually advancing. Institutions set up by the government which are responsible for the development of various social undertakings such as scientific research institutions, hospitals, schools,are facing new issues. Taking Xi’an Microelectronics Technology Research Institute as an example, according to the new requirements in cultural construction of the institute,concerning the actual situation of the institute. Having an in-depth analysis of existing problems and needs in cultural construction through the investigation on the basic situation of the institute. Provide the basis for the next step of the development of cultural design, and the implementation of cultural strategy. Give support to conquer the challenge with the spirit and the strength.
