A Study Of Public Policy Micro Blogs’ Communication Method Based On The Technology Of Big Data

Micro blogs, as an representative of the social media has an open communication form and active user community. With the development of micro blogs in China and at the same time, its mature communication ways and huge amounts of data are waiting for our research. On the other hand, the government’s willing to speed up the information disclosure of a very strong desire, prompting micro blogs become the bridge and the link between the government and public and playing an important role in policy communication.In this paper, based on the technology of big data, mining to Weibo inside information as an object of the college entrance examination reform policies, and combined with the theoretical basis of multi-step flow of communication, an empirical research of public policy in Weibo is used to testing communication model.This study will also be in-depth analysis weibo content, user attributes and user behavior, to analyze its influence on public policy micro blogging transmission mechanism. Forward in addition, this paper also based on user behavior researching micro blogging heat, explore the release time of public policy and public policy and the user of the strength of the correlation degree effect on information flow and influence flow. And this study also judged the public policy through weibo visualization tools microblogging transmission in the process of information flow and influence the strength of the flow problem, and user participation influence on information flow and the influence flow duration.Finally combining with the research results of this study, the reference weibo communication mechanism of public policy, action of government agencies in weibo provides suggestions and countermeasures, also talked about the article the deficiencies and improvements.
