Study On Wild Plants Protection Legal System In China

Wild plants is one of the precious resources of human nature, has the pivotal status in the human activity. Wild plants is not only the important source material of human survival and development, and constitute an integral part of the ecosystem. No matter from which on the hand, understanding,wild plants protection is of great practical significance. The protection of wild plants is about ecological security,about sustainable development;protection wild plant resources, is the construction of ecological civilization and the beautiful China, realize the sustainable development of the Chinese nation is an important content. However, due to excessive exploitation and utilization, environmental pollution, as well as in many parts of wildlife habitats is damaged, the wild plant resources in China are facing resource decline, living environment deteriorate, shrinking distribution area and the endangered species, such as problems, the situation is very serious.With the deepening of the research of wild plants, people gradually realize the importance of wildlife protection, countries also through some law to strengthen the protection of wild plants, but there are still some problems in reality. This article attempts to the protection of wild plants to perfect our legal system.First of all, has carried on the definition of wild plants in China,points out the significance of the protection of wild plants in our country and the theoretical basis,introduces the development course of the protection of wild plants.Secondly,this paper expounds the situation of wild plants resources for the protection of wild plants and the present situation of the legal system,sums up the legislation system and the concrete stipulation of wild plants convention in our country, points out the existing shortcomings.Again, for some laws and regulations for the protection of wild plants abroad are introduced, and through the comparative analysis of wild plants protection legal system in our country, it is concluded that he enlightenment to our country. Finally, combined with China’s specific national conditions, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of the protection of wild plants to perfect our legal system is expected to make the legal system of protection of wild plants in China to be more perfect, promote the development of the protection of wild plants.
