Research On The Community Endowment Service Of Huacheng Community In Qingdao

At present, China has been under the increasing of aging population situation. The contradiction between supply and demand of pension exposes. On the contrary, the traditional family security and the institution endowment have been not able to meet the old age security demand of urban elderly people. This prevents the pace of the economic and social advancement of city in China to a large extent. Urban community endowment which rooted in the older age groups pension wishes and pay attention to meet the diversified demands has become the focus of research. It also has become the key to solve the urban old age security demand problem at this stage. This research has great theoretical and practical effect. Based on some relevant theories, this paper adopts the literature method, the questionnaires and other research methods. The paper selects the system transformation community, takes Huacheng community in Qingdao as the research case, discovers and analyses the current problems and the influence factors of endowment, and then comes up with some corresponding countermeasures.Firstly, this paper determines the research objectives and introduces the relevant theory. It comments on the current research on urban community endowment both at home and abroad, establishing theories base of further research combining with the relevant theory.Secondly, select samples and data analysis. This paper takes the older people who living in Huacheng community as the object of study. It analyses the current supply situation of Huacheng community endowment service from the operating mechanism, infrastructure, services content, services teams, service satisfaction degree. Using Binary logistic regression, it then analysis the influencing factors of older age groups pension wishes and demands about the demand situation.Thirdly, this paper raises questions and analyzes the reasons. By comparing the current situation of the urban community endowment service and demands of the elderly population, it points out the issues of Huacheng urban community endowment service. This paper analyzes five causes of the problems from the system, capital, services, advocacy, community itself.Finally, this paper raise right suggestion for community endowment service of Huacheng community in Qingdao after summed up the successful experiences of community pension services from developed countries. The corresponding countermeasures include the government leading, the funding channels, the service system, the road of specialization, the information management.
