Study On Community Pension Service In Hongshan District Of Wuhan City And Its Countermeasures

Under the background of aging population,it is difficult for traditional families and institutions to meet the needs of the aged.Based on this,the mode of community old-age care service is concerned by the government and society,so that the elderly can accept the old-age service without leaving the familiar living environment,which can not only meet the needs of the elderly,but also alleviate the pressure of the family.Based on this,this paper takes Hongshan District of Wuhan City as an example to study the problem of community pension service,and puts forward some suggestions for community pension service.Through the research,the main problems of community pension service in Hongshan District of Wuhan City are as follows:dissatisfied with different service content,not in place of community pension service propaganda,defects in service facilities and scale and single service content.The main causes of the problems in the community pension service include:lack of the ability to integrate resources,imperfect service evaluation and supervision mechanism,lack of service personnel and their professional level,and insufficient financial support from the government.Finally,we should pay more attention to raising the awareness of the community old-age service,perfect the facilities and platform construction of the community home pension service,enrich the items and contents of the community pension service,and strengthen the construction of the contingent of community pension service personnel.The paper puts forward some countermeasures to perfect the community pension service in Hongshan District of Wuhan City from the aspects of perfecting the mechanism of evaluation and supervision and expanding the channels of raising funds.Through the research of this paper,we can explore the mode of community pension service in Hongshan District of Wuhan,which can not only deal with the problem of the aged under the background of aging population,but also perfect the social security.
