Along with the advancement of the economic system reform, our country’s political system and social structure have also changed a lot. The welfare policy and service demands concentrated at the community level and form community-based welfare demands, such as an ageing populationã€the increasing of single-parent households because of the rising divorce rate〠rural migrant labor force and the increasing of left-behind children. With the characteristics of public-spiritedã€nonprofit and close to the livelihood of the people, non-profit organizations have unique advantages in the process of community-based welfare and play an active role. This article studies the development of community-based non-profit organizations in our country.The author hopes to make some superficially theoretical exploration on the healthy development of the community-based non-profit organizations, so that they can contribute to our society and serve the residents better.Based on a large number of collecting and combing relevant literature, under the guidance of "welfare pluralism" 〠" governance and good governance " and “ community-based welfare †theory, this article studies the development of community-based non-profit organizations in community-based welfare perspective. The author investigates many cities and countiesã€and obtains first-hand material that non-profit organizations provide welfare for communities, hoping to put forward some effective policy suggestions.This paper consists of six parts. The first part introduces backgroundã€significanceã€situationã€researching methodsã€content and innovation points. The second part focuses on related concepts and theoretical tools. The third part explores the development situation of community non-profit organizations. In the fourth part, based on the perspective of community-based welfare, the author analyzes the problems and causes in the development of community non-profit organizations in our country. In the fifth part, the author gives some advice on how to develop the non-profit organizations in the perspective of community-based welfare. For the last part, the author makes a summary of the whole paper. The main achievements of this study are that the author proposes the concept and functional framework of community-based non-profit organizations, and puts forward some policy suggestions on how to make the functions work well. |
