Research On Appraisal Of Implementing Effect On Ecological Migration Project In The Three Rivers Source

In recent years, with the aggravation of the human society economic activities and global climate change, the three rives source area ecological environment vulnerability significantly enhanced, the contradiction between population, resources, environment and development is increasingly outstanding, greatly limits the development of the regional social economy. Under the push of government, ecological immigrant project becomes the important measures to protect ecological environment and improve the livelihood of the people.It has almost ten years since 2005 that Ecological immigrant project has been carried out, what is the effect of implementing of the Ecological immigrant project. By means of questionnaire, depth interview and empirical research method, setting up 19 evaluation indexes from the production status, living conditions and subjective evaluation,taking use of 437 copies of questionnaires in nine counties, the article evaluated implementation effect of the ecological immigrant project.The evaluation results show that both production and living conditions of the migration have improved, but the increase of comprehensive effect of production and life is not obvious. The evaluation result is generally that immigration for implementing effect of policy, and immigration have psychological adjustment problems.From whole see, immigrant project achieves the goal that immigrants to move out and settled down, but has yet to achieve getting rich. Considering the particularity of ecological immigration, to improve the efficiency, it needs to do on the next steps: First, improving the ecological migration policy implementation effect, achieve the scientific nature of the policy.
