Analysis of some provinces and cities of the assessment program design, including system construction, promote the organization, the initiative to open, according to the application open and citizen satisfaction five-level indicators, and its refinement and determine permissions. In the evaluation process and results, specification from the preparation phase, carried out phase to the end stage,improve the evaluation results of the public, the use of relief, and guaranting the effectiveness of evaluation from the legal, technology and funds. The establishment of universal government information public evaluation system, promoting the government information disclosure evaluation more standardized and systematic, then playing the active role of evaluation system of government information disclosure.
