Study On The Military Fine Management Under The New Situation

Guarantee project during safe management,Training is meaningless without high-quality management as guarantee. Currently, problems of grassroots army in safety management are mainly caused by unscientific and careless organization and planning, loose process management, careless audit control, etc. After president Xi proposed the army reinforcement objectives of ‘being capable of fighting and winning the war’. Course management mode cannot adapt to current management work. Objective of refined management on army is promoted mainly for correcting course management mode in the army. All officials and soldiers can firmly establish order consciousness and responsibility consciousness, and the power of the army can be improved according to basic purposes of controlling the army strictly according to law.In the paper, theory is discussed with the background of implementing refined management in the army. Key problems in refined management process of army can be discovered and analyzed through analyzing army management status. Concept of refined management work is combined with work practice of army management for deeply studying it, thereby discovering scientific countermeasures and perfecting army management mechanism.In the paper, status and problems of army refined management are analyzed. Actual and feasible measures are formulated aiming at the problem.
