The Study On Fine Management Of Center City

With the rapid growth of China’s economy, expanding urbanization and diverseand complex urban population structure, rough and traditional urban managementmodel is difficult to adapt to the rapid urban development, becoming the shackles ofsocial and economic development. How to solve all kinds of difficulties and problemsthat exist in urban management at this stage, to promote the city fine management, tospeed up the new layout of urban management of "strong command, well-organized,sound network, clear responsibilities, management in place and rapid disposal", toenhance the overall urban management efficiency and to improveurban attractivenessand competitiveness are important subjects of research and exploration in today’ssociety. As a practitioner in urban management, I hope to make my own efforts to it.This paper analyzes the problems and causes of urban management to proposestrategies of urban fine management.First, the paper discusses the importance, research method and technical routes ofurban fine management, focusing on the core issues and proposing the strategies ofurban fine management based on the key objective of being "clean, neat, green, flat,bright".Second, taking Tianjin Hedong District for example, the paper analyzes theexisting issues of urban management in system, urban sanitation operation,comprehensive law enforcement, urban greening management, urban streetappearance and outdoor advertising, digital management and assessment andcivicawareness step by step.Finally, combined with the above issues, the paper proposes the measures toimprove the urban fine management level that is to work out the urban managementsystem based on the principle of"unified performance and territorial management";multi-measures to enhance the urban appearance, sanitation operation andmanagement level; to perfect city management functions and strengthen thecomprehensive law enforcement and so on.Fine urban management is a long-term, complex and difficult project. And weneed to continue to study to gradually improve the management through research andpractices.
