Research And Analysis For The Army Barracks Management Mode Under The New Situation

China is vigorously promoting the reform of national defense and the army now.President Xi Jinping stressed the importance of accurate and scientific manag ement to military construction.Barracks management is an important part of mili tary construction,which should be more specialization and refinement with the d evelopment and reform.Barracks management has been dominated by administrat ive management over the years,this traditional mode has play an important role in the planned economy period.However,this kind of pattern repels economic a nd legal management method,taking on lots of social security services which sh ould be completed by non-governmental organizations,as the result the social bu rden of the army is greatly increased.The paper aims at army barracks management problems,explore and research from both theory and algorithm aspects.The work has certain practical significance and application value to the current army barracks management theory research and practice.The main contents are as follows:First,analyzing the current situation of the barracks administrative management,comprehensive summary the barracks characteristics,guarantee mode and the problems,and built three barracks property management model,then analysis and comparison the difference of them,theoretically analyzed the index system of three modes.Secondly,summarizes the influencing factors of army barracks management classification from the aspects of politics,economy and regional,to construction a dual index system of the classification management,and puts forward two method(Cross-Validation and Bootstrap strategy VS processing methods and statistical threshold)when insufficient in the number of sampling and redundancy of the data;In addition,based on a series of theories which support vector machine(SVM),we build the theoretical system of our own army barracks management classification.Then we select 50 camp as the sample for empirical analysis and theory application,the results show that the proposed classification theory is able to identify and distinguish between different barracks taken by the management pattern.Finally,combined with the actual situation of barracks management,we presents the advice of improving the lever of military information construction and compete barracks management rule.
