With the rapid development of professional military education and the deepening innovation of organizational structure of military institutions, the training of the junior officers of junior professional education is in practice. However, some of the officer students don’t have much inducement to study hard, some are not strict in self-discipline, and others may infringe regulations. How to solve the problems is just what we are going to study.This paper systematically analyses a series of on-going systems as well as their influence on the officer students management of the junior professional education. Through the feasibility study of the administrative system of the officer cadets, it puts forward the new ideas and values of building management mode of junior professional education. Besides, the paper clears up the strategies and ways of building administrative mode through the four aspects of policy mechanism, system structure, behavior management, and performance evaluation. In a word, it tries to provide the theoretical support and methodological instruction for the specific management of military schools by constructing a scientific system suitable to the management system of the junior professional education. |
