The Evaluation Research Of On-site Training Effect For The Operatical Army' Junior Officer

As the main body of military officers, combat troops junior military officers training have become an important means of our military personnel training.Training evaluation has been the weak link in combat troops personnel training throughout and its theoretical reserves and practical experience is extremely deficiency. Under the above background,the in-depth study of junior military officers training evaluation and the establishment of scientific and systemic training will have important theoretical and practical significance to improve the quality of junior military officers training.The contern of subject t is made up of three parts mainly.The first part starts with the factors which affect the training effect,and does a systemic study on three levels as followings: reaction's evaluation, learning and behaviour'evaluation, results'evaluationIt analyzes mainly the correlative conceptions,the meaning of quality evaluation,the content of quality evaluation and so on,and has formed a relative systemic system of theory,which to master the way of the junior officers training evaluation,provides a guiding of theoretical and practical traningAccording to the correlative theory of education quality evaluation of juinor officer,the second part forms the scheme of training effect evaluation.A criterion scheme of three first level criterions,nine second level criterions and twenty-two evaluation points including reaction's evaluation, learning and behaviour'evaluation, results'evaluation. As targeted of officers training evaluation, and to grasp the basic methods of training effect evaluation of junior officer,after do it well,the subject carried out a detailed study of strengthening the construction of training effect , the steps of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the assessment process.Finally, through the empirical analysis of some troops'training evaluation,we preliminary validate the established training evaluation system.
