A Study On Learning Views Of Four Generations Of CPC’s Leaders Since 1978

The Communist Party of China is a Marxist political party that always attaches great importance to and is good at learning. Especially since the reform and opening-up, all CPC’s leaders pay more attention to learning of the whole party, in order to responding to new situations and solve new problems. They hold various ideas about why, what and how the leading cadres should study. These ideas play a significant guiding role in four aspects, including improving the comprehensive quality of leading cadres, building a learning political party, developing law-based governance in China, and making China’s dream come true. In this article, the author will discuss from these four aspects.The first part is introduction, which expounds the background, significance and current situation of the research. The research background contains learning views proposed by Marx, Engels, Lenin and Mao Zedong, and the idea of building a learning Marxist political party. The research has both theoretical and practical significance. The current situation includes the definition of LEARNING and LEARNING THEORY, and the literature review of leaders’ learning views since China’s reform and opening-up.The second part is about the content of four-generation CPC’s leaders since China’s reform and opening-up. It elaborates the international and domestic background of advocating learning. Meanwhile, it also generalizes the content of learning views from its reason, content, style and method. Finally, it concludes that the characteristics of CPC leaders’ learning views, including the epochal reason, developmental content; long-lasting style and innovative method.The third part of this article explains the relationships among the learning views of four generations of CPC leaders since China’s reform and opening-up. The author respectively expounds the characteristics of the four leaders’ learning views(including Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin, Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping), and their inheritance and development of the learning views of the predecessors.The fourth chapter defines the practical significance of the four leaders’ learning views of CPC leaders since China’s reform and opening-up. This research also illustrates the necessity and implications of promoting learning views in building a learning political party, developing law-based governance in China, and making China’s dream come true.In conclusion, this article analyses the research background, significance, current situation, content and relationships of CPC’s learning views since reform and opening up. And it implies that promoting learning views is essential for CPC to build a Marxist learning party, and is important to create a learning political party, develop law-based governance in China, and make China’s dream come true.
