The Xinjiang production and Construction Corps(XPCC)is an strategic layout of safeguard a country of the CPC Central Committee, which is an important strategy to strengthen the frontier governance. Under the new situation, the Corps work can only be strengthened, not weakened. After 60 years of accumulation and development,XPCC formed unique organizational cultures(it is called crops’ organization culture for short in this article), such as spiritual culture with the Corps spirit as the core, institutional culture with the highly organized as characteristic, behavior culture with a powerful execution as distinguishing feature, material culture with the Army reclamation as characteristic.It is in the corps development process with the internal and external environment under the interaction of budding, played an active role in the development of the XPCC, but there are also shortcomings. The XPCC is in a critical period that is confronted with comprehensive deepening reformation.It has become an important topic in front of the Corps how to research furthered and take the initiative to adapt to "The new normal".it can constantly improve and strengthen the ability of itself on maintaining social stability and garrison the frontier, better exert the function of the "stabilizer" "big pot", "demonstration zone".Further develop the mission and Construction of organizational culture which is adapted to the requirements of Corps, is a way of the corps to strengthen self construction, to enhance the corps of "soft power",and achieving the prosperity and development of national culture.This dissertation consists of introduction, four chapters and conclusion. The background and significance of the introduction part mainly elaborates the Corps organization culture, the research of this subject, summarizes the domestic and foreign related issues, research status and research methods of this study, introduces the research ideas and methods, innovation points and difficulties, and the concept of organizational culture defines the corps. The concept of organizational culture of corps respectively, forming factors, structure, analysis and Reflection on the examination, finally put forward the ways to cultivate and develop the Corps organization culture under the new situation. Among them, the first chapter mainly analysis the basis, the basis and the key of corps of organizational culture;The second chapter according to the spirit of "system behavior- material" four level architecture of the content and structure of the Corps of organization culture; the third chapter is the summary based on the role of organizational culture has the characteristics of the Corps, corps, combined with the actual problems existing in the construction, seize the Corps organization culture; the main contents of the fourth chapter puts forward a strengthen the path of organizational culture cultivation and construction corps.
