China is in the transition from traditional society to modern society, with a strong inevitable cultural change. Since early in the 20th century, a lot of applied theories about cultural transition have come about in the ethnology field of China, however, there are not many research fruits about Xinjiang Construction Production corps' cultural transition based on ethnological angle of view, and systematic ethnological field work reports and theoretic research are in short.Therefore, it has a important theoretical and practical significance to further ponder the cultural transition of the Corps at the time when the plan of west big development is being carried out.The thesis mainly attempts to divide the phases of the corps'culture transition, to sum up causes of cultural transition by fully utilizing relative document and adopting macroscopic and microscopic research method to classify and analyze the representative cultural transition phenomena found in the field work in 150tuan according to ethnology theories about cultural transitionsThis thesis is made up of six parts:Chapter 1 the introduction presents the purpose and significance of the thesis by comprehensively narrating the research condition about cultural transition and cultural development of the corps in science field, fixes methods adopted according to the cultural characteristics of XJCPC, and points out the difficulty of theoretical innovation.Chapter 2 elaborates the production method vicissitude of 150tuan and points out that the agricultural system reform of the Corps is the main cause of the production method vicissitude since the 11 session of Third National Session of the CPC.
