Marxism Philosophy Underneath Consultative Democracy At Community Level Of Study

Community consultative democracy is an important part of China’s socialist consultative democracy, owning a distinct characteristic of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is an extension of the theory of consultative democracy as well as the extension of democracy theory and innovation. Consultative democracy theory is the innovation and development of democratic theory, while community consultative theory of consultative democracy and the extension of consultative democracy theory. They include each other and affect each other. Community consultative democracy is dialectical unity of consultative democracy and democracy. Consultative democracy at community level shall be studied and practiced based on the consultative democracy and democratic theory.Subject, object and mediation are the three elements of the practice of consultative democracy at community level. Their interactions constitute the basic structure of community consultative democracy practice. Consultative democracy is the interaction between the subject and the object of consultative democracy at the community level through the intermediary of consultative democracy. As the main body of the consultative democracy at the community level, the public at the community level explores during broad participation many forms of consultative democracy at community level, in the fields such as politics, economy, culture and education, such as democratic supervisory board, villager(citizen) consultative council etc. There are many in common for the public participating in the community consultancy, such as dominance and openness of political party etc.Analysis of consultative democracy at community level must be guided by the Marxism. When evaluate the effectiveness of community consultative democracy, an evaluation standard must be set up to make sure such an evaluation is scientific,feasible and reasonable. Consultative democracy at community level can increase opportunities for political participation of the public at bottom level, enhance scientific decision-making and improve management at community level. It can also help to consolidate the Party’s ruling status. Third, consultative democracy can make the people at bottom level live with dignity and happiness, have an all-round development and grow well.
