The standard implement of “the three public consumptions”is the remarkable sign of effective government. It is also the important objective of the supervision of public opinion in new media era. The analysis of the validity of the supervision of “the three public consumptions” by public opinion has a significant meaning to regulate the use of “the three public consumptions”and to improve the supervision level of public opinion.This article is based on the validity of the supervision of “the three public consumptions”by public opinion as the research objective. It used three typical cases: The public consumption of eating steamed crab in notary office, Tongxiang, Zhejiang Province; The public consumption of taking part in botany meeting abroad in city management office, Shenzhen; The public consumption of using public vehicle which cause death in Guiyang, Hunan Province. It applies the literature research method, case study method and comparative method. It puts forward the nature, influencing factor and looking forward of the validity of the supervision of “the three public consumptions”by public opinion.Based on these, this passage has 6 chapters: The first chapter is the introduction; the second chapter is the explanation of related concepts and theoretical basis; the third chapter is the nature of the validity of the supervision of “the three public consumptions”of our nation by public opinion in new media era, which means the unification of freedom and regulation, the convenience and reality, the positive propaganda and negative disclosing, the reflect and handling of problems, the disclosing of new media and the catching-up of traditional media, the supervision of new media and national legislation. The fourth chapter is multi-case analysis of the validity of the supervision of “the three public consumptions”of our nation by public opinion in new media era, which means the analysis of the three typical cases based on the 6 unification; The fifth chapter is about the influencing factors of the validity of the supervision of “the three public consumptions”of our nation by public opinion in new media era, which is concluded by law and regulation, media’s accomplishment, the combination power of broadcasting, and the support of nation; The sixth chapter is about the looking forward of the strengthening of the validity of the supervision of “the three public consumptions”of our nation by public opinion in new media era, which means the putting forward of the 4 suggestions: the legalization of the supervision of public opinion by scientific legislation, the rationalization of the supervision of public opinion by the education of the accomplishment of media, the specialization of the supervision of public opinion by the mutual effect of traditional and new media, the effectiveness of the supervision of public opinion by the support of national institutions.
