With the rapid development of Internet technology,the we media social platform has been continuously updated,and the one-way communication path of the traditional media era has changed,and the civilian era of the right to speak has arrived.The renewal and development of self-Media social platform and its unique real-time interaction make the network increasingly become the main platform for people's political participation,interest expression and entertainment catharsis.Diversified interest demands and massive emotional opinions are gathered and confronted in cyberspace.At the same time,China is in the period of deepening reform,increasing social conflicts,conflicts of interest and frequent incidents.In many lyric events,we media has become more and more the main source of information,and its ability to supervise public opinion and emotional counseling has been continuously improved.Under the deep participation of the media,the network public opinion also presents new features: emergency of public opinion crisis,reversal of grievances,and frequent rumors.Faced with the phenomenon of public opinion gathering in network space and the normalization of network public opinion crisis,how to improve the government's response to the crisis,degree and efficiency of the network public opinion crisis and maintain the credibility of the government is a real problem that needs to be solved urgently.In this study,the Internet public opinion crisis in the age of we-media as the research theme,through reading a large number of literature,after absorbing and integrating the previous research results,this paper formed the research ideas.Based on the related concepts of we media,online public opinion and online public opinion crisis,based on agenda setting theory and PDCA cycle management theory,literature analysis,case analysis and comparative analysis are used to conduct social hot events.Interpretation.In accordance with the ideas of asking questions,analyzing problems and solving problems,this study first analyzes the role played by the media in online public opinion,and discusses the typical role of we media in network public opinion,paving the way for the following problems.Then,two typical network public opinion crisis cases were selected for analysis and comparison,and the effect difference between the cases was analyzed.Finally,according to the PDCA cycle management theory,the network public opinion crisis response process is divided into four stages:public opinion early warning,public opinion disposal,inspection and evaluation,and feedback improvement,which are continuously followed to improve the government's network public opinion crisis response ability.
