Research On Threat Risk Assessment And Management Of The “East Turkistan”

The “East Turkistan” terrorists bring out tremendous threat to our country’s security and social stability frontier. For its risk assessment and management has important theoretical meaning and application worth. Especially for the maintenance of our frontier security and social stability have important guiding significance. In this thesis, the East Turkistan terrorist threat risk as the research object, this problem is studied. Its main work and innovations are as follows:Firstly, we studied network structure of the East Turkistan terrorist organization.Grasp the basic situation of East Turkistan terrorist organization, and its network structure research, you can study the risks and lay a foundation.Secondly, The East Turkistan terrorist organizations on the threat of risk were studied. Threatening risk analysis phase, mainly through open-source intelligence analysis to collect information, combining East Turkistan terrorist organization network structure characteristics of the East Turkistan terrorist organizations risk geography position threats, national critical infrastructure and national security risks are analyzed.Thirdly, risk assessment of the East Turkistan terrorist was studied. In this paper,fuzzy methods and social network analysis method, the risk of East Turkistan terrorist organizations were evaluated by assessing the risk management for the East Turkistan terrorist decision-making basis.Finally, risk management measures of the East Turkistan terrorist were proposed.Risk analysis and assessment, based on the article from the proactive anti-terrorism policy, social early warning, early warning intelligence, force against the perspective of East Turkistan terrorist organization’s risk management was studied. In order to achieve the prevention and fight against East Turkistan terrorist organizations aim to fully implement its risk management.
