A Study On High-quality And Modernization Talents Cultivation Of Chinese Armed Police Forces Academies

The new problems and new challenges after the reform of the Armed Police Force(APF) academies is to tra ining high-quality and modernization pe rsonnel, w ho c an adapt to the modern development of the APF and meet to the needs of working ability. At present, there is still a gap between the status of talents training of the APF and the goal of building a modern APF, and it is not fully meet the needs of serving and the needs of the ability to carry out tasks at the new situation. So, how to train high-quality modern talents to adapt to the modern development of the APF and how to build a new and more perfect mechanism of training talents of the APE is a great significance for the smooth pr ogress of t he modernization of t he APF and t he ef fective discharge o f t he duties and the missions.This paper researched from the c urrent s ituation of training ta lents o f th e A PF academies, and used the methods of the questionnaire to find out the key problems of the personnel training of the APF academies; Based on the thorough analysis of the key factors of the high-quality modern personnel training of the APF academies, clarified the weak link of personnel training of the APF academies; After that, according to the most c ritical teaching sy stem factors, de signed a scientific and r ational teaching system, and elaborated the design intent of the teaching system in all aspects; Finally, in order to push forward the process of training high-quality and modern personnel of the APF, combined with th e a ctual in stitutions of personnel t raining of the A PF, p ut forward countermeasures and suggestions of the high-quality and m odern personnel training of the APF academies. The research results have some certain significance to the research and application of the high-quality and modern personnel training of the APF academies.
