| With the coming of information time, e-teaching, as a new type of teaching mode, is becoming the focus and the trend of education reform. First the article discusses the aim and significance to apply e-teaching in military institutes from two aspects: the new challenge faced by military education and the situation of e-teaching in military institute. Then it analyses the meaning and features of e-teaching. Combing the real situation of the sergeant school, it analyses the essentiality and the feasibility of applying e-teaching in the sergeant school. The article emphasizes on the construction and application of the online-course of advanced mathematics. According to the analysis of the teaching effect and the students'achievements before and after the application of e-teaching, the article proves that e-teaching has its many advantages which traditional teaching can't compare with. Because any teaching mode has its own advantages and shortcomings, through the analysis of the obstruction of the students'participation in e-teaching, it proposes some suggestions and countermeasures to perfect the e-teaching, makes a summary of the research in the article and points out a direction for the future research.. |
