Research On The New Rural Cultural Construction In Jilin Province

China is a developing country with a large amount of agricultural population. The rural issues have always been the focus of the party and the government. In this new historical opportunity, the development of China’s economy and society are steady and rapid.In this country,the level of people’s material life improved significantly.In the rural area, farmers are on the way to the well-off society. But because of the influence from various factors,the difference between urban and rural areas in China has been existed for a long time.The farmer’s culture needs can not be met. The rural culture problem has not been fundamentally resolved. In the new stage of all-round well-off society, our party and our government in the background of economic prosperity and social progress,with an attitude to seek truth from facts, put the cultural construction in to a more prominent position. Especially in 2013 November, Chinese Communist held the Third Plenary Session of the eighteenth, this meeting puts forward two goals.One is enhance national cultural soft power,the other is construct our socialist culture power.Our party put forward these two goals in order to realize the coordinated development of culture and economy, make Chinese culture shined in the human civilization. Rural areas is an important carrier of Chinese culture.At the same time it is the most important thing in our cultural strategy. At present, in the process of new rural construction, we should enhance the construction of rural culture, this work has an important significance to the farmer’s cultural needs.And at the same time,it can promote the development of rural economy and achieve the goal of cultural strategy.This study is based on the Marxism cultural concept. In this paper,I did many researches on the problem of Jilin rural cultural construction.And this research is based on the achievements of Jilin culture construction,at the same time this study has carried on the analysis about the existence of new countryside cultural construction in Jilin Province.At the end of this study,I gave reasonable suggestions on the problems which I found in my research,in order to improve the level of new countryside cultural construction in Jilin province. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly includes the selected topic basis, the significance of this research, research status in our country and abroad, research methods and thesis framework and so on.The second chapter is about the new socialist countryside and rural culture, respectively introduces the significance to the new countryside cultural construction, the definition of the new rural culture construction, and the theoretical basis for the development of new rural culture construction. The third chapter mainly reviews the achievements of new rural cultural construction in Jilin Province, at the same time analyzed the cultural construction of new countryside in our province, in order to make readers know more achievements of new rural culture construction about Jilin province. The fourth chapter is the core of this paper, this chapter fully affirmed the achievements of Jilin new rural culture construction in recent years, and point out the existing problems of rural culture construction in the present stage, at the same time point out which caused the problems and analyzed these problems. This analysis aims to enable readers know more about the cultural construction in Jilin rural area. The fifth chapter is the suggestion part, in this part,I put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the new countryside cultural construction of Jilin province, in order to enable the development of new rural culture construction gets better.
