The legal issues of Guangdong pilot FTZ which includes the common legal issues of China FTZ and the legal issues which is only related to itself. This thesis attempts to make a survey and recommendation on legal issues in related to management model, Hong Kong-related and Macro-related service trade regime and customs supervision system of China(Guangdong) FTZ.The whole dissertation is comprised of preface and four chapters. In chapter one, there is a necessity analysis about the basic legal theory of the global FTA referred to its legal concepts, classification, characteristics, legal status and significance of study related legal issues. In chapter tow,there is necessity and feasibility on analysis legal issues referred to China(Guangdong) FTZ, which is based on the focus of macro and micro management system and comparison of other FTZ all over the world. As the result, it is worked out the management model of Gungdong FTZ and the difficulties which is needed to overcome urgently. In Chapter three, it is necessary to analyze pre-establishment NT involving Hong Kong and Macao investment. Besides, service trade regime is analyzed to CEPA trade in services around the legal obstacles to access to cut, combined with international and domestic trade services of legal rules, proposed Free Trade Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong Trade Services system involving breaking point and solutions. On the basis of the international customs law, the fourth chapter discusses customs supervision system of three area of Guangdong FTA, the present situation in three area of Guangdong FTA system, inadequate analysis and proposed a modification program on customs supervision system which has the characteristics of Guangdong FTA.
