The Research On The Community United Front Work From The Perspective Of Governance

United Front Work is one of the three key weapons of the Chinese Communist Party. The status and effect of the basic United Front Work is becoming more and more important in the new age. In-depth research and enhancing community United Front Work is becoming an important aspect to indicate Party leadership ability and to realize Party leadership mission. It has also become an important task for the sake of reinforcing and developing the broadest patriotic United Front Work. The Community United Front Work concerns the progress of establishing an overall well-off society, the development of basic democracy, the stability of the general society and the foundation of the country-level United Front Work. This article is based on the concept and definition of community management and community United Front Work. Theories on Uniting Front Work and community management are introduced and case study on the United Front Work in Fengxian Xidu community is made in order to obtain positive experience, to find out problems and to provide new angle and new ways for community management under the new social environment.The paper adopted several research methods including literature review, interview and questionnaire etc to investigate and analyze the topic. Firstly, the importance of United Front Work and community Uniting Front Work is explained. Research content and research direction is introduced. Definitions of community and community management,United Front Work and community United Front Work are defined. Research theories on community United Front Work and social work are introduced. A brief description of the development of community United Front Work is then made. In-depth analysis of opportunities and challenges are made, which prepares for the research of community United Front Work management. Secondly, a case study is made on the current United Front Work situation of Fengxian Xidu community in order to learn from experience, make in-depth analysis of the existing problems and provide a real life case to analyze the new community United Front Work system and method. Lastly, by utilizing community management theory from the angle of community management, innovative community United Front Work is explored.
