Studies On The Safety Management Of Residential Elevator In Huizhou

According to the "Special equipment safety law", the elevator is a kind of specialequipment risk. Residential elevator refers to the elevator service in the residential buildingsfor public use. With the development of city, the use of the elevator grows quickly in China.At present, China’s elevator production has accounted for 70% in the world, installation andretains the quantity has been ranked first, and is still at an annual rate of more than 20%growth. With the development of residential areas, residential elevators as the most commonvertical transportation tools, and the residents daily travel safety and convenience are closelyrelated, plays an important role in our life. In 2014, Huizhou has 25821 sets of elevator, andeach year to maintain growth of about 18% from the year 2011.The number of elevators inHuizhou ranks fifth in Guangdong. In Huizhou, the resident population of about 2.7 million,with an average of about 100 in 1 people will have to use the elevator. The 1118 residentialareas in Huizhou, each has nearly 20 elevators in average. Residential elevators save time andenergy, but it also brings risks. In recent years, the elevator accident is directly related topublic and people’s safety, seriously affected the social order, cause lots of social problems.Under this background, the research of residential elevator safety regulation in Huizhou, tostrengthen safety supervision of residential elevators in Huizhou, has theoretical andrealistic significance.In this paper, from the perspective of cooperative governance, on the current situation ofHuizhou residential elevator safety management, problems and the reasons were studied.Through the above research, put forward the basic ideas of the perfect residential elevatorsafety management and the main measures, including multilateral cooperation governance ofgovernment departments, elevator users and social institutions, etc. In this way, fully mobilizethe elevator manufacturing companies, the elevator maintenance companies, units usedresidential owners and third-party organization participating social subject’s enthusiasm, andimprove the level of residential elevator safety oversight and scientific management.
