Problems And Countermeasures Of Residential Elevator Safety Supervision

In recent years,elevator,especially residential elevators increasing fast,how to serve the people's livelihood well elevator safety supervision,has become the focus of the regulatory authorities.We use the meta-governance and new public management,complicated situation of Residential Elevator Safety Supervision,and classifies the influencing factors of responsibility subject,law and means into sub-systems,it is concluded that to improve the regulation of residential elevator safety,we should start from correctly harmonizing the relations among government,market and society,optimize the government regulation system,purify the market environment of elevator industry,and integrate and utilize social resources,government as a leading,other parties done their parts.Hoping to explore the way to solve the long-standing problems in the supervision of residential elevator safety,so as to be helpful for the supervision reform in the field of special equipment.This paper has f Ive parts.Firstly,introducing the situation and experience of Lucheng District.Secondly,analyzing the problems from the aspects of the supervision mechanism of residential elevators,advanced laws and regulations,supervision means and supporting facilities,thirdly,analyzes the reasons in depth,then,give advice.finally,this paper concludes that the government must recognize the new situation and requirements of safety supervision at the present stage,and grasp the dominant position of the governance chain,cooperate with all the forces to form a co-governance to promote the healthy development of regional residential elevator safety supervision.
