Research On Services Management Of Chinese Urban Communities For The Aged

With the rapid development of China’s economy, the national standard of living has improved significantly, thus forming a large elderly population, their daily care problems, psychological problems of loneliness, sports and entertainment issues, health care, etc., become the urgent problem an important issue to solve, because aging is not just a matter of the elderly population itself, it is more related to the stability and harmony of the state and society. The impact of population aging on the state and society, far beyond the elderly population itself, has brought about a challenging pension issues.This paper takes XinXing,LaojunYing and HaibianJie communities in Shanxi Province,into investigation and study, from three different development degree of the community, in understand each community service for old and old different feedback, on the basis of analysis of problems existing in Taiyuan city community elderly service management. These problems are mainly characterized by relevant laws and regulations is not perfect, the elderly service management lack of complete legal basis; Elderly services development level is low, the management level is not high. Community elderly service running cost is larger, management lack of funds. Pension services management team lack of manpower, low quality of the managers, all of these factors seriously restrict the development of China’s elderly services. By analyzing these problems, combined with the development of Taiyuan city community elderly service management, the author thinks that should improve the elderly service of the relevant laws and regulations, enhance the scientific nature of the elderly service management; According to the aging population distribution and the characteristics of different parts of the facilities for the elderly divides the management and improve the utilization rate of older facilities to enhance the management level; The government provide policy support, community manager is reasonable use of funds, and actively explore the fund-raising channels; To establish multivariate model of elderly service management, do the government pushing, community management, social participation, fully arouse the enthusiasm of the Chinese government, collective and social, promoting the construction of our country "silver" methodically. Aging problem is a social problem, we should set up some old awareness and correct values in the elderly, minimize the impact of various social negative, resource and reasonable use of old age, the "old baggage" into "wealth", really solve the aging problem in China.
