Research On Farmers Concentration Lives In Lukou Town Changsha District

With the development of the integration of urban and rural areas, and the implementation of the system, such as the reform of the household registration system, centralization of rural residents receives more and more attentions. Although the concentration of living is beneficial to providing public services, improving infrastructure, and transformation of the mode of production and consumption, But how to choose suitable manner of concentrated residential pattern for regional development, how to resolve all aspects of the problem such as land, employment, life and so on after centralization of rural residents at the same time is worth discussion and research.In this paper, the relevant literature on the concentration of rural residents is combed, taking methods such as field investigation, the questionnaire interview and comparative analysis and so on to study the development status of the research area, the factors that affect the concentration of rural residents and their mechanism, the mode of living, and the countermeasures to promote the concentration of residential area.Through the research, the factors that affect the concentration of rural residents include the nature,administrative division,traffic,economy,policy and culture, but the dominant factors are the natural, traffic and economic factors.For most of farmers who take agriculture as the main source of income, natural village living mode is the most acceptable concentrated residential mode; the relocation and renovation of dilapidated buildings concentrated residential mode is suitable for the resettlement of farmers; Because of the lack of land restrictions, relying on the town concentrated living mode is suitable for business and migrant farmers. Therefore, we can take common policies from the long-term and overall situation, such as playing a leading role in the government; deepening the reform of the land system, respecting the main body status of farmers; respecting the traditional rural characteristics, enriching the cultural life of the people; strengthening the construction of social security system, improving the public service facilities; accelerating industrial development, broaden employment channels and focusing on the residential pattern to adopt the personality policies to promote the concentration of rural residents.With a combination of reality, the paper is based on the applicability of different concentration models of case-study to put forward the relative countermeasures, in order to promote the rural residents better centralized residence providing an example of reference. But since my theoretical level is limited, in addition to the regional part of concentrated settlements under construction, and the scope of the investigation is limited, the theory and application level results should be further improved.
