A Study On The Construction Of The Characteristic Town Of The Shibi Town In Anyi County

The construction of characteristic towns is a new development mode of small towns and rural construction.It is formed under the background of industrial transformation and upgrading,new urbanization,integrated development of urban and rural areas,and beautiful rural construction.Thus,the pace of new urbanization can be accelerated,the bottleneck of new urbanization can be broken through,and the problem of "urban-rural dual structure" will be gradually solved,to achieve new economic growth point,promote urban and rural development,economic transformation and upgrading and other important measures,so as to achieve the strategic goal of new urbanization proposed by the state.As an innovative mode of small town and rural construction under the new normal,it is of great academic value to study its development and construction.According to the current situation,basic conditions and main problems of the construction of the characteristic town of Shibi town in Anyi County,this paper puts forward relevant opinions and suggestions for the construction of the characteristic town of Shibi town in Anyi County,so as to provide certain support for the construction and future development of the characteristic town of Shibi town in Anyi county.First,this paper first describes the related concepts and theoretical basis of the construction of characteristic towns.Secondly,this paper expounds the current situation and basic conditions of the construction of Shibi town characteristic town,and makes a simple research and Analysis on the main problems existing in the construction of Shibi town characteristic town,and selects some typical domestic characteristic towns such as Jinxian Lidu town in Nanchang,Jiangwan Town in Wuyuan in Jiangxi Province,Anji characteristic town cluster in Zhejiang Province for reference,and draws a conclusion that the construction of Shibi town has a good prospect Based on the construction of neianji characteristic town cluster,Jiangwan Town and Lidu Town,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the construction and future development of Shibi town by combining with the reality of Shibi town and referring to the construction experience of the above-mentioned characteristic towns.In this paper,by using the methods of comparative analysis of the construction of other characteristic towns in China and comprehensive analysis of relevant literature on the construction of characteristic towns,this paper makes an in-depth and comprehensive study on the construction of characteristic small towns in Shibi Town,Anyi county.This paper is divided into seven parts: the first part is the introduction.The second part mainly introduces some concepts and basic theories about the construction of characteristic towns.The third part studies the current situation and basic conditions of the construction of Shibi town characteristic town.The fourth part simply studies and analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of Shibi town characteristic town.The fifth part is to learn from the construction experience of Characteristic Towns in Anji County,Jiangwan Town and Lidu town.The sixth part is to put forward the positioning of the characteristic town of Shibi Town,and put forward relevant suggestions for the construction of the characteristic town of Shibi town.The seventh part is the conclusion and prospect.
