Study On The Characteristic Development Of Changgang Town In Dahong Mountain, Suizhou, Hubei Province Under The Rural Vitalization Strategy

The 19 th CPC National Congress Report proposes a rural revitalization strategy.The purpose is to solve the current imbalance between urban and rural development and inadequate rural development.Strategic decision-making falls into specific practices and is currently the focus of attention.How to put central strategic decision-making into concrete practice is the current focus of attention.In keeping with the five major development concepts,the country and all localities have successively issued a series of relevant policy documents on building special towns,speeding up the construction of beautiful villages,and so on,which has promoted the rise and development of the national characteristic town,as a result,the construction of “characteristic town” has become the “new mode and new initiatives” under the new normal state of the new era.By comparing the development concept of characteristic town and the task goal of rural rejuvenation,this paper puts forward that the characteristic town can become the carrier and leader of rural development,it selects the case of Changgang Town in Dahong Mountain,and carries out investigation through the different visual angles of experts,relevant workers,residents and tourists.The first is to use the GSC model's comprehensive evaluation index system for the core competitiveness of small towns to quantitatively evaluate it using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods.The results show that Changgang Characteristic Town has a good performance in natural resources and government support,but the characteristic industry has a low score,and its leading industry,tourism,does not account for a high proportion of the contribution rate of the industry,so it needs to be improved in the future.Secondly,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on residents and tourists,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the development of Changgang Characteristic Town from the other side.Finally,this paper summarizes the advantages and constraints of the development of Changgang Town and puts forward some suggestions.This paper systematically explores the development of Changgang characteristic towns.On the one hand,it has a positive effect on the analysis of the relationship between the various elements of town development.On the other hand,it is conducive to the exploration of the construction of Suizhou City and even the characteristic towns of Hubei Province.The countermeasures for sustainable development are also conducive to promoting the development of characteristic towns in accordance with local conditions and putting the rural revitalization strategy in place.
