The Research On Political Efficacy Of Dongda Community Residents Autonomy In Shenyang

Community autonomy is an important part of community construction, and community residents are the main body of community autonomous. Community residents participant in the democratic election, democratic decision-making, democratic management, democratic supervision of the community directly. Thus the community’s political attitude directly affect their behavior of participating in community affairs. Psychology thinks, attitudes influenced behavior, attitudes was the forerunner of behavior. Political efficacy as an important kind of political attitude, had a profound influence on political actions. Political efficacy is the subjective perception of residents about their political influence. The people who have a higher political efficacy will be more active in political participation. Thus political efficacy of community residents in this study, according to the empirical investigation of the Dongda Community residents. Through the research, we can understand the political efficacy of Dongda Community residents’present situation, analysis the influence factors of the political efficacy, and put forward to the effective strategies of community autonomy. Our objective is enhancing the enthusiasm and initiative of community residents’participating in public affairs, making Dongda community autonomy more perfect.Based on the discussion of community residents political efficacy concept, the article constructed four dimensions of political efficacy, namely the community level of internal political efficacy, the community level of external political efficacy, the government level of internal political efficacy and the government level of external political efficacy. A questionnaire survey was conducted in Dongda community of ShenYang, in Liaoning, the questionnaire surveyed 200 community residents, and carries on the questionnaire analysis using SPSS20.0 software. Results show that, firstly, a formal investigation of the questionnaire reliability and validity are better, can accurately reflect the east community residents’political efficacy; Second, the community level of internal political efficacy and the government level of external political efficacy are at medium level on the high side. Third, demography shows, age, level of education, political affiliation, occupation and income level is significantly related to political efficacy, and gender is less relativity. On the basis of data, analyzing the causes, through improving community consultation system, broadening the channels of information sharing, exploring community mobilization model and creating the resident education classrooms to cultivate the residents’ awareness of democratic participation, improve the residents’ internal and external political efficacy, build a harmonious democratic community.
