The Reform And Perfection Of Newly-appointed-prosecutor Training System Against The Background Of Judicial Reform

A new turn of judicial reform set new and higher requirements for the quality of prosecutors who are among the specified number of personnel under management. The new requirements ask prosecutors to become legal professional group who are normalized, specialized, professionalized and elites in order to meet the demand of the reform. At present, the quality of our prosecutors has accumulated weakness through the history. To improve as quick as possible, the most convenient and effective way is focusing on newly-appointed-prosecutor training. However, there are still many problems lying in the theoretical research and practical operation of our newly-appointed-prosecutor training. So reform and perfection is of great necessity.This thesis is composed of for parts. The first part states the deep analysis of the function of newly-appointed-prosecutor training system against the background of judicial reform. The second part presents in detail the current situation of the system, problems of it and the deep seated reasons for the problems. The third part is a research of the characteristics of foreign judiciary training system that could be used for reference. The last part puts forward reform ideas of perfecting our newly-appointed-prosecutor training system in three dimensions, the management organization of the training system, the setting of the basic patterns of training, and security system of training.
