A Study On The Service Quality Evaluation Of Motor Vehicles Driving Training And Teaching

Now, the training quality of driving training institutions can’t meet the needs of road traffic safety management and the contradictions increase prominently. The statistics of Traffic Management Bureau of the Public Security Ministry show that the accidents caused by the new drivers with driving experience less than 3 years account for 40% of the total number, and the fatalities account for nearly 50% of the total fatalities. The new drivers have been the high-risk population due to his poor training quality, poor technology, mental instability, as well as less experienced, being a serious threat to society and the driver itself.In this paper, the key issues were proposed based on reading a lot of literatures, investigating the service quality of motor vehicles driving training and teaching (such as current situation,important problems). In this paper, the meaning and service features of service quality of motor vehicles driving training and teaching were definite by studying the common elements of service quality and the features of motor vehicle driver training services. The service quality evaluation index was built which was not only scientific and rational but also simple and practical. This evaluation index absorbed the advanced experience at home and abroad and focused the features of motor vehicle driver training services, determine the gathering information methods of different evaluation index based on the actual;give the evaluation methods and the scoring rules by the comparative study of various evaluation theory and evaluation methods of the various quality of service,as well as the applicability analysis on driving training and teaching service quality assessment; explore and drawn the third party evaluation organization model for the motor vehicle driving training and teaching service quality, from the view of building service government and government procuring public service using the public goods supply theory, performance evaluation theory and service quality evaluation theory; finally, this paper proposes the relevant policy recommendations for government to purchase of motor vehicles driver training teaching third-party evaluation services.
