Reserch On The Construction Mode Of Old Urban Community Comprehensive Pension Facilities

With the aging of our society, the problem of the old age is concerned, and the problem in old community is very serious. Through the investigation of Hangzhou’s pension facilities, It was found that there are some problems of the old community endowment facilities, such as the facilities are widely scattered,the shortage of quantity, the low utilization rate, and so on. Combined with the relevant national standards and practice, the article has analysed the current situation of urban space and the trend of aging development in Hangzhou, then presented the method of comprehensive facilities for the elders. Afterwards, the feasibility, meanings, and some potential issues which should be cared while implementing the plan were advance analysed.This article mainly discuss from the following several parts: the first chapter is the analysis part, which introduced the research background, the domestic and foreign present situation, the research goal and the significance, the research object and the method; the second chapter is the theory part, which defined the relevant theory and the concept, and provided the theoretical foundation for the comprehensive pension facility idea; both of the third and the the fourth chapters is the feasibility study, through the study of the community elders’ demands, the current situation of old communities, psychological characteristics and behavior habits of the elders, it demonstrated the inevitability of the community endowment in the existing environment, and provided feasible construction conditions for the establishment of pension facilities, the fifth chapter is the concept study, which explained the detailed construction methods of facilities and the expected reults; The sixth chapter is the empirical research part, that introduced the empirical case of the old community comprehensive nursing facilities, and provided practical and feasible solution for the old communities in Hangzhou. Last but not least, the seventh chapter, made a comclusion and forecasted the future development of the old community comprehensive pension facilities.
