Study On The Design Of Endowment Facilities In The Supporting Model For The Aged

Our country has entered the aging society since 1999.With the rapid increase of the proportion of the elderly population,a lot of problems have arisen,such as the poor pension services,lack of enough pension service facilities,etc.which has made it difficult for the traditional pension model to continue to exist.To create a new pension model with perfect pension service facilities and a comfortable and livable environment for the elderly population is our architects' responsibility.Based on the analysis of the existing problems with the traditional pension model,the author puts forward the feasibility of the implementation of a new pension model.First,under the guidance of the embedded pension mode,the author analyzes the design method of the pension service facilities embedded in a community and makes a summary of them,then proposes the optimized strategy to improve the pension services.The purpose of the research is to provide a new thinking model,a better design method of care facilities as well as optimization strategy for the aging people in a community in the cold regions.This paper first gives an overview of the degree of aging in China,the traditional concept of retirement,and the pension facilities of cold area.Through theses backgrounds,the author finds the old-age pension mode is not good,the facilities in cold area are poor.And then the author expounds the purpose and significance of the research.Through the reading of the relevant literature at home and abroad,to further understand the concept of foreign advanced pension and the status quo of China's old-age pension.Secondly,It introduces the three existing traditional pension modes,analyses the characteristics and problems of each.After the analysis the author puts forward the necessity of the establishment of a new embedded pension model.The paper further discusses the definition of the concept,theoretical support,the advantages and the development trend respectively.At the end of this chapter,an example is illustrated as a case study,which is the first domestic embedded endowment project in China-Shanghai Vanke Newell square.The third chapter is about the research of the design strategies and methods.Under the guidance of the embedded pension mode,the optimization strategy to improve the existing pension facilities and construct new ones in communities is put forward.It further expounds the feasibility of embedding various types of pension facilities and summaries the design methods,such as the location and layout,plane design,internal and external environment,measures to take to protect the facilities in cold regions,etc.The last chapter is about the application of embedded design transformation.Changchun Ronghe Greenville is taken as an example to illustrate the transformation the design.And wish to provide some experience for later research in this area.
