The Study On The Growth & Development Of College-Graduate Village Official A Case Study Of Jiangsu Province

Policy of college-graduate village official is a national level of talent strategy that cultivates new rural construction of backbone and reserve strength of party and government cadres under the background of building a well-off society in an all-round way and promoting the building of a new socialist countryside. The policy also has outstanding strategic significance on solving the problem of agriculture, countryside and peasants and consolidating the ruling basis of the CPC (Communist Party of China) in rural areas. Since the promotion of the policy, the implementing complexion of policy of college-graduate village official and the personal growth of student village officials have received widespread attention from all circles of the society. The growth and development of college-graduate village official presents the inherent demands of their own, but concerns the realization of policy objectives as well.This paper studies the growth and development of college-graduate village official under the guidance of Marxist theory and relevant theories of modern science of personnel, starting with the two basic concepts of "growth" and "development" as well as the implementation background and policy objective of college-graduate village official, in order to define their growth and development and analyze such possibility and necessity.Based on a series of investigation, the problems arising from the growth and development of college-graduate village official are analyzed and combed and a conclusion has been arrived at that inadequate ideological understanding, deviated knowledge and skills, weak psychological quality and undefined future development constitute the major problems arising from their growth and development process, and then analyze the influencing factors in terms of the growth and development of college-graduate village official from five perspectives such as policy, rural environment, higher education, society and themselves.Finally, based on the starting point to promote their growth and development, targeted countermeasures and suggestions will be proposed, in order to instruct universities and colleges, all levels of governments, grassroots organization and the society to play their own roles and create synergy so as to provide favorable conditions and help for growth and development for college-graduate village official and guide them to correctly face such kind of problems, which are of very important significance for individual growth of college-graduate village official and the social development on the whole.
