Research On Community Home Endowment Service In China From The Perspective Of Social Work

China not only as the most population country, but the country that its elderly population growth is faster other countries in the world. Due to the development of national economy, the level of medical care and living standards have improved, China will catch up with developed countries on the aging population problem in the world. Under the complex background of population aging in our country, the work to analyze China’s pension future trends and how to do a good job of community home endowment service become more important. This paper is based on the relevant domestic and foreign academic research, and cites relevant theories (social support network theory, ecological system theory and the theory of advantage perspective) as the theoretical basis, then put forward choosing the perspective of social work to intervene community home endowment service, and with B community of Beijing as a case for specific analysis. First of all, it expounds briefly the aging characteristic of our country, mainly from four sides:the rapid aging rate, aging/empty nest and disability alone in China, the fragile endowment economic basis and aging before being rich, four aspects about aging situation show that China’s aging population. This article takes the method of literature analysis and comparative analysis to compare the current endowment patterns of our country, and then summarize community home endowment is most advantage in some aspects of the intergenerational relations, pension costs, resources save and people to interact with the environment, so it is the developing direction of the future pension. Moreover, it adopt the method of field survey to visit B community in Beijing city, analyze basic situation of B community and social work intervention in home endowment service mode, Through actual cases to analyze the actuality of our country community home endowment and put forward the necessity and feasibility of social work intervene community home endowment service, combine with the practical situation of B community and then conclusion that the social work intervene community home endowment service also has development space. On this basis, the author contrast the foreign experience:UK, US and Japan, form four aspects of social work regulations, education dominant social work and team motivation, comparing the four aspects is to summarize the overseas experience for our country’s enlightenment, mainly depends on the laws and regulations and professional social work team construction. At the end of the paper, according to the practical situation of the community B and foreign experience, put forward some countermeasures from the perspective of social work to perfect our country’s home endowment services, mainly about three directions:improve the system of social work rules and regulations, strengthen professional personnel training and the social work service publicity. At the same time it puts forward the prospect of social work and home service in China:further build system of social workers’ labor saving, and "the old help the elder" assistance mechanism in the community.
