Research On Social Work Intervention In Community Home Care Service Project

In this paper,through a comprehensive grasp of the implementation process of "Let love pass on" project of a organization in Shijiazhuang City,combined with the research of domestic and foreign scholars on social work undertaking elderly community governance project,under the guidance of social support network theory,empowerment theory,social goal model and other professional theories of social work,using participatory observation method,interview method,literature method and other research methods,the author summarizes the results The characteristics and achievements of "warm heart endurance" project.This paper analyzes the problems in the process of the "warm heart endurance" project,and finds that there are some problems in the process of the project,such as the social workers are contradicted in the community,the residents’ subjective consciousness is weak,and the community forces are not coordinated.It is found that the causes of the problems lie in the insufficient publicity of the project,the unclear responsibility boundary of social workers,the strong administrative color of the community,and the different positions of various subjects in the community.Finally,four suggestions are put forward for the problems and reasons: 1.Strengthen the political and social interaction to promote the social workers to obtain the "legal" status in the community;2.Balance the needs of multiple interests and strengthen the coordination and interaction with the property and neighborhood committees;3.Clarify the responsibility boundary and build a reasonable "two community" relationship;4.Enhance the residents’ subjective consciousness and promote the construction of community.
