Social Work In Home Endowment Service Of SWOT Analysis

At present,China's aging situation is very serious,pension problem has gradually from the simple fam ily evolved into complex social quest ion,caused the government and social attaching great importance.The traditional fam ily endowment functions are weakening,institut ional pens ion also has many disadvantages,so community home endowment service began to rise.With the recovery and development of social work,also intervention to home endowment service,and plays a more and more important role.This research adopts qualitat ive research method to study the Social work intervention to home endowment service,and takes B social work institution in community A of Chengdu as an example,this article through takes 25 related personnel to collect data,using the SWOT method of the management to specific analysis.The study found that B Social work institution in home endowment service have many internal advantage,for example good team atmosphere,the strong ability of resource links,support and trust of the service object,service experienced;internal weaknesses are mainly including service personnel nervous,service ability is insufficient,service content can't meet the actual demand,service method and form of curing and hardware lim itat ions;opportunit ies are the government's support,community identity,social demand,conform to the old man and the child's psychological characteristics;challenge include the equal dialogue environment,urban and rural difference of cultural,community social organization of the competition.Based on this,the author put forward the relative research suggestions of social work in endowment service,including SO,WO,ST and WT four strategies,in order to improve the B social work institutions service,improving service levels,better serve to the community elderly group.
