The Effects Assessment Of Home Care Service Project For The Disabled In Cities

The government to buy social service is a new mode of social service supply in our country, it’s also the trend of the future development of social service, The government to buy social service agencies to develop social service quality and the development of social organizations. Changsha disabled persons’ federation organization purchase social service to the society has broken the traditional government agencies do the practice of public services, provision of public services in the form of purchasing service. As a special group, disabled people should get the respect and care of the whole society and enjoy the fruits of reform and development. Conducting Home Care Service Project for disabled persons is an important part of people’s livelihood issues in China, is closely related to the national welfare.Thus, the effect of the project directly related to people with disabilities can achieve vulnerable groups of persons with disabilities to participate in social development, social sharing the fruits of development, building a moderately prosperous society of great significance.This study use case interview method, literature research, questionnaire survey and other research methods. This study takes people with disabilities, Home care support services staff and family members of disabled person as investigation object, and combined with Home Care Service Project for disabled persons, the change from the service object, service satisfaction, and social benefit to foster that occupy the home of the three aspects of service effect analysis, and the service effect to make relatively objective and fair evaluation. The results show that Home Care Service Project for disabled persons has positive benefits. This project should continue to expand. The results specific performance as follows: the service object satisfaction is high, the psychological, employment and life self-care ability, social adaptability of four aspects are improved; Services also promoted the development of social organizations, the integration of resources and the development of third party appraisal institution. At the same time, influenced by many factors, the service project should also improve accordingly in project management, information systems, resource links, and make service team construction, evaluation system.
