Disabled care services are an important part of the social security mechanism and service system for disabled people.It is also an inevitable need to promote the development of the disabled and develop a harmonious society.Care services not only enable disabled people and their families to access richer public services,social welfare and leisure time,but also focus on productive labor and some high-level social activities to create more social value.This study takes Yangquan City as an example,and uses literature exploration methods to summarize and analyze the relevant theories of the care and support services for the disabled;interviewed the person in charge of the disabled in Yangquan City,the person in charge of the Disabled Persons' Federation and the person in charge of the care organization,and learned about it.The specific situation of the disabled care service in Yangquan City.Yangquan City's care services are mainly based on institutional care and home care.At present,there are two care institutions that provide centralized care services.Home care mainly adopts the method of government purchasing services,and provides services such as life care,in addition to Yangquan.There is also a community care center in the city.There are many problems in the existing work of support for the disabled in Yangquan City,such as insufficient capacity for care of disabled persons,shortage of funds for maintenance services,low number of service personnel,low level of specialization,simple service content and low service quality.Mainly because Yangquan City's disabled care system is imperfect,the fund raising channel is single,the service personnel are highly mobile,and the social forces are not enough.Combined with the theory and requirements of social security for the disabled,the countermeasures for improving the care of disabled people in Yangquan City were put forward.Improve the construction of Yangquan City's maintenance service system,increase financial input,expand financing channels,strengthen the service personnel team,mobilize social forces to participate,improve the quality of care services,and strengthen the responsibility of streets and neighborhood committees to develop disability by playing the leading role of the government.Community care services.
