Studied in this paper, from the following three aspects:The first chapter is the authorized international basic concepts and related theories in international organizations.This chapter mainly introduces what is the international organization of international authorization, namely the concept of international organizations in international authorization, and further define the international organization of international authorization needs at the same time satisfy the authorized subject, authorization object and the authority of the authorized three elements to set up, based on this, the international organization of the international authorized differentiated types according to different classified methods, thus more specific to international organizations authorized by the international related concept and theory of combing clear.The second chapter analyze which factors will affect the country to an international mandate of international organizations, international authorized although can largely reduce the cost of international cooperation, enhance the capacity of international dispute settlement, but the country in the process of international organizations also because of many factors is not so well.This chapter mainly choose three of the main influence factors are studied and discussed, including sovereignty to international organizations authorized by the international influence, international organization of autonomy in international organizations authorized, and the influence of the state of international organizations in international licensing costs and benefits of three elements:Examples of the third chapter introduce the international criminal court (ICC) for the above-mentioned international organization authorized by the international related theories and empirical analysis, the factors which influence on the establishment of the international criminal court (ICC) and the significance and the influencing factors in the international criminal court (ICC) international authorized, and authorized by the international role in the international criminal court (ICC) concluded that the research and the formulation of international authorization theory can also be applied to such international organization study, and the true role in promoting international cooperation, so can make expected, the international authorized theory can be applied to many international organizations.
