Xi Jinping:"Decisively win and build a well-off society in an all-round way and win the great victory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era-Report at the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,People’s Publishing House,2017,page 42.It can be seen that the party and the state have set higher goals and requirements for cultivating and practicing the core values of socialism: to integrate the core values of socialism into all aspects of daily life,to further implement,detail,and reduce,so there is It is necessary to cultivate and practice the core values of socialism with the help of living scenes.The community is an important place for people to live,live,and live.Through the community as a carrier of life,the core socialist values can be run through people’s lives,and they can subtly influence people’s value orientation,ideas,and behavior habits.The "Shanghai City Master Plan(2017-2035)Report" proposes to build Shanghai into an aspiring city of innovation,humanity,and ecology by 2035,with a view to becoming one of the most outstanding global cities by 2050.This article aims to study how to strengthen the cultivation and practice of core socialist values in the governance of Shanghai’s community,improve the ideological and moral standards of citizens,improve the level of civilization of the city,and help Shanghai to become a global outstanding city.This research adheres to the integration of theory with practice,based on Marxist community theory and community governance theories,surveys three typical communities in Shanghai,and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for cultivating and practicing socialist core values in Shanghai community governance in the new era.The full text is from four aspects.Start research.The first chapter mainly elaborates the theory of community governance.Marxist community theory,co-construction,co-governance and shared social governance theory provide theoretical support for studying community cultivation and practicing socialist core values.Based on this,this article defines relevant core concepts based on the actual needs of the community to cultivate and practice socialist core values.The second chapter mainly elaborates the historical evolution of the changes in the form of the Shanghai community and the dominant values,and the importance of cultivating and practicing the core values of socialism in the Shanghai community.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,Shanghai’s community form has experienced three historical stages: Lane-based community,unit-based community,and commercial housing community.In different historical periods,the way communities cultivate and practice values has also changed due to the changes of the times.In a brand-new historical position,diversified values at home and abroad spread rapidly in the country with the help of the Internet,forming a complex social thought trend,which has an adverse impact on people’s ideological values.Therefore,the construction of spiritual civilization in Shanghai in the new era needs to rely on the community,a social field that covers all members,to cultivate and practice the core values of socialism,integrate diverse social thoughts,and build consensus on values.The third chapter is mainly the analysis of the current situation of the cultivation and practice of the socialist core values in the community governance of Shanghai in the new era.Through field visits and investigations to Xinshinan Road Community in Hongkou District,Biyun Community in Pudong District,and Songnan Community in Songjiang District,the status quo of the cultivation and practice path of socialist core values in community governance in Shanghai is analyzed.The fourth chapter systematically puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the cultivation and practice path of socialist core values in Shanghai community governance in the new era.This chapter is mainly divided into two parts.The first part elaborates on the experience of cultivating common values in the Singapore community;the second part is based on the actual difficulties,and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for optimizing the cultivation and practice of the socialist core values in the governance of Shanghai communities。...
