Every policy’s implement based on the specific historical and specific work practice is the guidance and solution to veteran cadre’s encountered puzzles and veteran cadre’s facing difficult problems, which is elaborated important function.The world, country, party and society are deeply changed currently. Our Party’s career is in the crucial period of comprehensive well-off society, deepen reform, comprehensive rule of law and strictly administering the party. The veteran cadre group is the largest and the most influenced specific group in cadre of the party, especially the amount of veteran cadre is increased every year. The group of veteran cadre is always important resource of our party in power, is depended by consolidating the place of party and firmly propelling party’s whole work. The premise of doing veteran cadre’s work is researching and formulating veteran cadre’s policy. Now the veteran cadre’s policy has been established, operated and adjusted over 30 years, it has our continuing advantages, and also needs us reconsider and improve disadvantages facing to the new reality.
