Study Of Retired Veteran Cadres Management In China

Retired veteran cadres are a special group in China, and retired veteran cadres management system is also characteristic of our country’s personnel system. With its deep political color and the formation of historical inevitability, it has become an important part of the social management of our country. Its existence reflects our political attitude of the party and the country, and the development is reflected in the changes of the party and the government’s political thought trend.But facing the ever-changing social focus and popular thinking now, how to do a good job in China of retired veteran cadres management work is a practical problem related to the management of China’s construction of political civilization and spiritual civilization in the new period.This article treats the retired veteran cadre, which is a special group, as the research object. First of all, it restores the trajectory of this system’s institutional formation and development in our country, and discusses the current overall situation of retired cadre management. Then combined with the case of Yixing retire veteran cadre management, using the comprehensive methodologies of Public Administration, Administrative Histology, Management Psychology and data statistics analysis, the paper discusses the status and existing problems of management, and try to put forward feasibility countermeasures to improve retire veteran cadre management from multiple perspectives. Finally, in combination with the problem of the aging of the population and the present social focuses particularly, this paper starts to analyse the negative effects of the retired veteran cadre system, and seriously think about the challenges that retire veteran cadre system will meet in the coming future, along with guessing the future development trend. On the basis of these, I try to provide some ideas for the government to adjust and perfect the management work.
