To develop and improve labor regulations is the legal obligation of the employer.With the rapid development of social economy, a large number of new industries have emerged, and the factors of different forms of enterprise form make it difficult to formulate the standard of the behavior of various enterprises.In practice, the use of human units on the surface appears to be legitimate and illegal workers’ legitimate rights and interests of labor regulations are everywhere, the labor disputes arising from the use of units of labor rules and regulations also increased year by year.This paper begins with the labor contract dispute case of a company, and extracts the three controversial focus problems in the current employment rules and regulations system, namely, one is the main body of the labor regulations, two is the content of the employer’s labor regulations.
