The Research Of Construction Of Creative Policing System In The Period Of Social Transformation

Social stability is an important guarantee for the foundation when a country smoothly gets through the period of social transformation. Based on the development of innovative policing system and operating characteristics, also combined with the real Suzhou innovative policing reform case, drawing on the experience of domestic and other important cities of innovative policing reform at the same time, this paper actively explores the difficulties of innovative policing reform process, also comes up with in-depth study of further reform direction and the reform scheme.This paper reviews the five processing period of start-up, stagnation, transition, development and adjustment, since the founding of people’s Republic of China, combined with the social characteristics of this special historical period, summed up the requirements for the construction of creative policing system, and comes out with the analysis about the starting point and purpose of the construction of innovative policing system, exploring the evaluation mechanism of innovative policing work at the end.Through discussing the problem of creative police service in Suzhou City, and drawing on the characteristics and experience of the same city, this paper mainly discusses four aspects:the development of public security police station, optimizing the operation mechanism, perfecting the community policing system, and promoting the standardization of the police.
